How to Claim Your SLT Discounts
MEDLIFE Rewards is moving from points to a single discount code. Here's how to save on your next Service Learning Trip — what each discount is worth, who qualifies, and how to claim it.
What's changing
Same discounts — a simpler process.
The old way
- Create an account on the app and track a points balance
- Redeem points before or after registration
- Earn points for discounts, referrals, and posting on Instagram
The new way
- Submit the Claim your discount form
- Get one code by email for all your discounts
- Enter code at checkout when registering — done, no follow-up
How it works now
Step 1
Submit the form
Fill out the Claim Your Discount Code form with everything you qualify for.
Step 2
Get your code by email
We validate your info and email you one code covering all your discounts.
Step 3
Enter it at checkout
Apply your code while registering for your SLT. All discounts applied — done.
The only rule
Enter your one discount code at checkout, before registering. Codes cannot be applied or refunded after booking an SLT.
The only exception is the Volume Discount, which our team refunds after the final payment deadline.

These three combine into your one code
QR Discount
Open to any student — no prior trip required. Fill out the QR form, then submit the Claim Your Discount Code form so it's included in your code.
E-Board Discount
For active E-board officers who completed the E-board onboarding form before the start of the 2026–2027 school year.
Global Impact Discount
For returning travelers who've completed a prior MEDLIFE SLT. Enter your past trip information on the claim form to verify your discount.
Qualify for any of the three above? Submit the form once — our system validates your info and emails you a single code with everything combined.
Early Bird Discount
Register before your season's early-bird deadline for automatic savings on your SLT booking page.
Valid for Winter trips only — October 4th deadline.
MVP Discount
Covers the full trip cost. For E-boarders only — your chapter selects the recipient. Earned per 10 confirmed recruits. Max discount, not stackable. *High school students are not eligible.
Access the form through your chapter coach.
Volume Discount
Amount varies by chapter size. Applied once your chapter hits its group-size tier, refunded to travelers who registered before the final payment deadline.
How discount codes work
- 1Once you qualify, your discount code is emailed to you — there's no account or dashboard to check.
- 2QR, E-Board, and Global Impact combine into one code. Submit the Claim Your Discount Code form and we combine everything you qualify for automatically — you'll never need to enter more than one.
- 3Enter your code during checkout when you register for your SLT — not before, and not after.
- 4Discount codes not applied at checkout cannot be refunded or applied retroactively.
The only exception
Volume Discount: applied after your SLT's final payment deadline by our team, as a refund — no code or action needed from you.
*SLT discounts are not cumulative with expansion scholarships.
